Prerequisite - Level 1

75-minute class to practice the 5 strikes! Come hit the pads with us!

Open to women/girls (including cis, trans, non-binary) ages 14+.  Participants ages 12 and 13 are welcome with an enrolled and participating parent/guardian.  

Workshop cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a workshop are non-refundable.
