An integrated approach to trauma recovery and risk reduction
Free Online Trauma Information and Empowerment Circle
This group is for adults in recovery from interpersonal violence, including domestic violence, intimate partner violence, childhood abuse, and related trauma. It offers a safe, structured space to build coping skills and heal in community, using Dr. Judith Herman’s evidence-based framework for trauma recovery combined with The Safety Team’s innovative trauma treatment and violence prevention program developed by psychologist Dr. Christine DiBlasio.
Who Can Join
Adults who identify as women or non-binary, and who are in early recovery from domestic or intimate partner violence, childhood abuse, or other interpersonal trauma. Participants are encouraged to have some form of ongoing support (therapy, case management, or recovery services) alongside the group.
What to Expect
A brief phone or virtual intake interview, followed by 12 weekly virtual sessions of 60-75 minutes each. Groups are kept small and are facilitated by trauma-informed clinicians.

Online Boundaries for Health and Safety Group
Structured 5-session online Boundary group based on the core principles and exercises found in Nedra Glover Tawwab’s Set Boundaries, Find Peace and The Set Boundaries Workbook. This plan moves from understanding the concept to practical application in specific areas of life. Groups are currently offered virtually.

Fall Dates to be determined.
Who Can Join
Adults who identify as women or non-binary. This group is not for those who are in an active domestic abuse situation.
What to Expect
Enrollment will require a short phone meeting to establish goals, expectations and readiness for the group. Groups are kept small and are facilitated by trauma-informed clinicians.
Fee
The cost is $125 for the 5 sessions. Scholarships are available.
